ORDERS

Online product orders are typically processed and shipped between 5-7 business days via USPS. We do our best to keep popular items in stock, but from time to time certain items are on backorder. In the event of a possible shipping delay, we will inform you via email.

SHIPPING

We ship all orders USPS. All shipments are fully insured. We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

 PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

SALES TAX
We do not charge sales tax on orders outside the state of California. The Persephone Papers is only required to collect sales tax on orders to ship within the state of California. A sales tax rate of 9% does apply.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you (though shipping costs are non-refundable). Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.

PRIVACY POLICY & SECURITY
We take security of your personal information very seriously. We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is for the sole purpose of order processing and shipping.
