ORDERING AND PAYMENT
Orders can be made by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) or check. All orders will be charged at the time of shipment. We are not offering terms at this time.
In stock items are shipped within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs will be included on your final invoice. All orders ship via USPS or UPS. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Notice of shipping damage should be made to the shipper directly. Returns are not permitted due to the fragility of our product, except in the case of our error.
DISPLAY AND PACKAGING
All of our products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets may not be broken up and sold individually.
